FEASIBILITY STUDIES

We undertake feasibility studies that enable our clients to make informed decisions about the projected success of a project from a financial and non-financial perspective. We aim to objectively uncover the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats a given project may present with regards to the available resources in a given environment ultimately determining the success or failure of the potential project.

Our feasibility studies are objectively analysed based on both quantitative and qualitative data, enabling client project managers and senior management to investigate the measured potential outcomes of a project before investing too much time and money, reducing risk significantly.

Our financial feasibility study involves preparing comprehensive and flexible financial models to deliver medium to long term financial projections that are largely influenced by the assumptions obtained from the market research and experience gained from previous projects. We are adept in complex financial modelling across a wide range of industry sectors with proven skills of analysis that is of significant benefit to our clients.

DUE DILIGENCE

We provide due diligence services to assist clients to assess, plan and manage major transactions. We are able to perform commercial and financial due diligence across a range of industries due to the experience and knowledge gained from our direct participation / involvement in the Buy and Sell sides of acquisitions.


Our clients mandate us to carry out financial, legal, tax and other business management analyses along with detailed market and product research, prior to a definitive acquisition. Our focus during the due diligence process includes:
