FEASIBILITY STUDY
On behalf of a specialist asset management company conducted a feasibility project for a £70m economic regeneration project. The project included conducting research at the local, regional and national level and delivering a report to the community and investors on the economic value and social impact of the project.
VALUE GROWTH
Contracted by the CEO of an Artificial Intelligence solution provider to the Retail and Transportation sectors to conduct a review of their go-to-market strategy and activities. Redesigned their sales process and value proposition and introduced new company, sector and buyer persona messaging.

Contracted by the investors in a sports equipment manufacturer to conduct a review of the sales, marketing and operations functions. Conducted reviews with Board members, analysed existing processes and systems and provided a report, with recommendations, to CEO and investors, with activities to increase revenue and profitability.
DUE DILIGENCE
On behalf of a Private Equity company conducted an investor readiness due diligence on a provider of a SaaS Internet of Things (IoT) solution to the property sector. The project included an analysis of all business functions, focusing on current financial performance, long-term market opportunity, product development and competitive differentiation. An Investment Memo (IM) summarising the analysis and investment recommendation provided to the investor.
